Pilates Group Lessons

Interested in starting exercising, yet not sure whether Pilates is the right one for you? Come to join a trial lesson at promotional rate and gain your very own experience.

What does Pilates do?

Pilates exercises help build your overall strength, with concentration on your core muscles, to improve your posture and get rid of unwanted fat cells.

What can you expect as results?

After a 10-session program, there will be visible changes of your thighs and hips. You will find your abdominal area stronger and leaner. You will gain more strength on your back, shoulders and former arms.

What is the schedule like?

  • Warming up
  • Basic posture improving exercises
  • Total body pilates workout including back muscles, core muscles, pelvis area, abdominals, arms and legs
  • Stretching and relaxation

How exactly does it work?

There is a minimum membership period of 10-session required for the Pilates group lesson. The per-session fee is €24,50 (incl. VAT).

Do you enjoy it so much that you want to train twice a week? No problem! The 5-week program package would cost €225 (incl. VAT).

When is the next available class?

The next Pilates group lesson starts on 29 April 2015.

There are two groups available as the following:

Monday 12:00 – 13:30
Wednesday 10:00 – 11:30
